Refund policy

We have a 10 day return policy. Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in brand new condition. 

We do not accept returns on apparel, discounted items, or gift cards. If an item is final sale it will be noted in the description on the product page. 

Upon opening your order please look for any issues and contact us immediately if there is a problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we receive your return and it is approved for a refund, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed by our team. You will receive a confirmation email once we submit your refund. It can then take 7-10 business days for your bank to process the transaction and for the refund to show on your account.
