SHIP TIME
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped including tracking information. If you are experiencing a longer wait time than normal for your shipping email, please reach out to us and let us know at hello@dazeyskate.com.
*International customers are responsible for customs and duty charges.
MERCH ITEMS
We use a third party company to print and ship our merchandise directly to the customer. This helps us reduce waste and send less unused merchandise and shipping materials to our landfills. Merch orders will be shipped from the company who is printing our merchandise. If you are experiencing an issue with your merchandise order please reach out to dazeyskateco@gmail.com so we can help!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Dazey Skate Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once an order is turned over to UPS it is then out of our hands. Our current shipping option includes small package insurance with UPS. We will help you file a claim with UPS or help in any way possible to ensure you get your order.
